What you're building
In a paragraph or two — what is the product, who is it for, what does it do today? A Loom is fine. So is a deck or a Figma file.
What "good" looks like
A success story for the next 90 days. Three users on it? Stripe payouts arriving? A specific page loading in under a second? The sharper the picture, the sharper the offer.
Constraints
Budget, deadline, languages, regions, compliance. We'd rather know the limits up front than work backwards from them in week six.
Anything we should not do
Stack you're committed to, vendors you've tried, decisions already made. We will not relitigate them — but we should know them.
